About the Opportunity

We're looking for a talented engineer to join our innovative Engineering team at Moorepay. As Software Engineering Lead, you'll be responsible for driving our technology initiatives forward and inspiring excellence.

This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your experience in solving complex problems and mentoring talented engineers. You'll be working closely with our cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth.

Job Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing technology strategies to drive business growth
  • Leading and managing high-performing engineering teams
  • Mentoring and developing engineers to achieve their full potential

What We Offer

Moorepay offers a competitive salary range of £130,000 - £190,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous time off.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 9 years of experience in software engineering leadership
  • Proven track record of driving innovation and growth through technology
