Care Support Professional

The Cedar Foundation is a renowned organization providing residential support to adults with learning disabilities. As a Care Support Professional, you will play a vital role in enabling service users to live happy and fulfilled lives, reaching their full potential within their local community.
We are seeking an individual to join our team as a Night Awake Residential Support Worker. This dynamic role requires effective working relationships and a team approach for the benefit of the service user. Key responsibilities include assisting service users with activities of daily living and facilitating inclusion in various activities.
As a member of our team, you will receive comprehensive training and opportunities for development through paid programs. You will work flexibly, be available to work unsociable hours, and public holidays on a rotational basis. The salary for this position is £12.21 per hour.
