We are seeking an experienced recruiter who speaks fluent French and has a passion for helping people find new job opportunities. As a French language recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent from France and other French-speaking countries.

Job Description

  • Utilize your fluency in French to identify, attract, and engage top talent from France and other French-speaking countries.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality talent.
  • Present job opportunities and negotiate offers with successful candidates, using your negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment, continually improving your skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Fluency in both verbal and written French and English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
