The successful candidate will support the delivery of complex security consulting projects, managing a team of highly skilled engineers and senior consultants. This role requires a deep understanding of security risk management principles, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality consulting services to our clients.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing subject matter expertise in security risk assessment, threat analysis, security design, and crisis management for clients operating in the built environment sector.
  • Leading and participating in UK security consulting projects, including conducting security assessments, developing security strategies, and overseeing the implementation of security measures.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate security requirements into the design and construction process.
  • Staying informed about emerging security threats, industry trends, and regulatory requirements relevant to security in the built environment sector in the UK.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated security consultant with a strong background in security risk management and a proven track record of delivering high-quality consulting services. The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent qualification in a security risk management or built environment discipline, a minimum of 10 years of experience in security consulting, and Chartered Security (CSyP) or Chartered Engineer (CEng) status.
