Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team as an Apprentice. The successful candidate will work closely with our Early Years Foundation Stage team to provide support to a child with Special Educational Needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 support to a child with SEN in the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Work collaboratively with the class teacher and other support staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons
  • Support the child's emotional and social development
Requirements:
  • GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths
  • Experience working with children with SEN
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
