PURVIEW is seeking a highly skilled Senior Mainframe Developer to lead the development of our software solutions.

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Mainframe Developer to join our team and lead the development of our software solutions. As a Senior Mainframe Developer, you will be responsible for end-to-end software development and support for all work transitioned from our Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Software Development: Responsible for analysis and design to development, implementation, testing, and support of software solutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Responsible for quality assurance of the team delivery in conformance to our software delivery methodology and tools.
  • Domain Partnership: Partner closely with our Group domain team to plan and manage transitioned deliverables.

Domain-Specific / Technical Skills:

  • DB2 Experience: Extensive experience with DB2, including design, development, and support.
  • Business Knowledge: Good business knowledge in Cards, remote commerce, API integration frameworks, collections, and loyalty domains.
  • Technical Knowledge: Technical knowledge in COBOL, CICS, EZ+, and JCLs, as well as UNIX/LINUX, Oracle, SQL, Java, and Unix Script.
  • Operating System: Experience with Mainframe ZOS.

Requirements:

  • Mainframe Experience: Mainframe Developer with experience on SDLC with experience in Banking projects, with DB2 experience.
