Job Title: Associate UX Analyst About the Role: We are seeking an Associate UX Analyst to join our growing Pulse content team. As a UX Analyst, you will play a key role in utilising your UX skills and fintech knowledge to analyse and assess financial user journeys from around the world. Your expertise will contribute to the development of insightful editorial content about fintech products, ensuring our content remains up-to-date and of high quality. Responsibilities: * Conduct expert analysis of financial apps and websites from around the world, leveraging your UX expertise to identify areas for improvement. * Collaborate with our panel of users to acquire user journeys and gain a deeper understanding of their experiences. * Develop a strong understanding of the fintech market and specialise within a particular area, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments. * Work closely with the Pulse team to identify new financial service products to include on the platform, ensuring our content remains relevant and engaging. * Produce high-quality editorial content to guide users towards interesting or high-quality product experiences, such as creating playlists with commentary. * Contribute to our weekly newsletter, writing about trending financial services and fintech topics, including banking, blockchain, crypto, investing, and insurance. * Play an active role in the Content Team's editorial ambitions, working collaboratively with the team to drive content strategy. * Benchmark financial products UX and features with the Research team, providing valuable insights to inform content development. * Help clients identify useful user journeys and good UX practices, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth. * Work closely with a friendly team on a day-to-day basis, fostering a collaborative and engaging work environment. Requirements: * Strong knowledge of UX/UI Design principles and practices. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write engaging content at a fast pace. * Interest in fintech and financial services, with a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with industry developments. * Collaborative and engaged team player, with a passion for working closely with others to drive content strategy.
