Risk Management Claims Expert

Nashrock Insurance Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Risk Management Claims Expert to lead our Claims team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing relationships with Third Parties and appointed experts, driving comprehensive support to the Claims team. Key responsibilities include developing best practices processes and technologies, analysing and presenting data relevant to claims performance and operations, and coordinating audits and maintaining audit records.
Key Responsibilities:- Delegated Authority Oversight:
- Develop and implement effective frameworks governing third-party relationships.
- Manage contracts with experts and third parties, ensuring compliance with agreements.
- Maintain and manage the Risk Matrix for expert relationships.
- Monitor third-party adherence to SLAs using Delegated Claims Data.
- Claims Operations:
- Support the development and implementation of best practices processes and technologies for Claims team and wider business.
- Analyse and present data relevant to claims performance and operations.
- Assist with change projects involving claims operations.
- Proven experience in Delegated Authority teams, with a focus on risk management and contract administration.
- Familiarity with Lloyd's of London Delegated Authority regulatory compliance and minimum standards.
- ACII qualification (preferred) or a commitment to achieving this.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
- Expertise: Possesses advanced knowledge and skills in risk management and claims operations.
- Leadership: Demonstrates leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Collaboration: Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
