Job Title: Electronic Monitoring Officer

We are seeking an Electronic Monitoring Officer to join our team at Adecco UK Limited.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a key part in partnering with the electronic monitor tagging team during their daily tasks, assisting in the installation and upkeep of electronic monitoring devices, collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations and clear communication, and delivering top-notch customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with the electronic monitor tagging team during their daily tasks
  • Assisting in the installation and upkeep of electronic monitoring devices
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations and clear communication
  • Delivering top-notch customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring

Requirements:

  • BPSS clearance (handled by Adecco upon successful application)
  • DBS clearance (or a willingness to obtain one)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team
  • Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience

Working Hours:

The working hours for this role will be a 37.5 hour week, with shifts covering 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The majority of shifts will be between 5pm and 1am.

Training and Development:

We will provide 1 day online training and induction to support you in your new role.
