Prestige Recruitment Specialists is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales Manager and Sales Team in processing customer quotes, orders, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer quotes and orders, ensuring that customer requirements are met.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service.
  • Ensure that all orders are processed correctly within the Finance system.
  • Liaise with the warehouse/operations to ensure that customers receive the correct product in the right place at the right time.
  • Procure non-stock items from Hutton's supplier network to required quality standards and at best price to ensure correct margins are obtained.
  • Maintain systems and procedures, ensuring a correct audit trail is maintained at all times.
  • Ensure customer requests are completed in a most efficient manner and required margins achieved by liaising with internal departments.
  • Manage administrative paperwork, including Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Sales Return Orders.
  • Ensure accurate data input for customer orders and supplier orders into the CRM/finance system.
  • Maintain customer communication at all times.
  • Support and assist the sales team and other departments, using personal judgment and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles.
  • Ensure all work is beneficial towards group success and profitability.
  • Provide departmental cross-cover as required.
