Job Title: Commissioning and Test Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning and Test Engineer to join our team at Jonathan Lee Recruitment. As a Commissioning and Test Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient commissioning of industrial systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement commissioning strategies for new projects
  • Create and review test and commissioning documentation
  • Assess equipment readiness for commissioning and ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Prepare for and complete factory and site acceptance testing
  • Identify and report faults or non-conformities during testing
  • Ensure work is completed within required timeframe and budget
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • HNC Qualified (or Equivalent) or Higher with Extensive Engineering Workplace experience
  • Broad base of experience in the operation of mechanical and or electrical equipment
  • Appreciation of relevant Standards such as BS7671 for electrical engineers
  • Ability to adapt when situations or equipment changes
  • Able to focus on the customer and work with customers and stakeholders (internal and external) in order to meet and exceed their expectations
Security Clearance:

Security Clearance (SC) may be required due to the nature of the products involved.
