Front Desk Ambassador

We are seeking two individuals to fill permanent roles as Front Desk Ambassadors with HR Services and Solutions. The estimated annual salary for this position is £28,000.
About the RoleThe successful candidates will be based in Bridgwater and Brean and will be responsible for handing over relevant information to the next shift to ensure consistency of service. They will also coordinate room status updates with the housekeeping department and adhere to cash handling and payment policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Information Handover: Provide clear and concise information to colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Room Status Updates: Coordinate with the housekeeping department to ensure accurate room status information.
- Cash Handling: Adhere to established cash handling and payment policies.
- Guest Complaints: Manage guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Previous Reception Experience: A minimum of [X] years of experience in a reception or similar role.
