About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at The Teller's Arms in Farnham's Castle Street. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes to the highest standards, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
  • Work closely with our Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials.
  • Maintain effective controls with regard to both GP and labour, ensuring high levels of efficiency and productivity in the kitchen.
  • Provide excellent service to our customers, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment in the restaurant.
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
