Senior Marine Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marine Engine Fitter to join our team at Gardline, a leading provider of marine survey operations. As a Senior Marine Engine Fitter, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and mechanical engineering services to our marine workshop and fleet of survey vessels.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and maintenance services for our marine workshop and vessels
- Ensure the highest standards of quality and safety in all work activities
- Collaborate with our team to achieve project goals and objectives
- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize vessel performance
- Conduct class machinery surveys and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Proven experience as a marine engineer or technician
- Strong technical knowledge and skills in mechanical engineering and maintenance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid ENG 1 medical certificate and full driving license
