Job Title: Cell Operations Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cell Operations Leader to join our team at Jobsworth Recruitment Solutions LTD. As a Cell Operations Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of Production Team Members and ensuring the smooth operation of a food production line.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assign roles and give instructions to team members reporting to you.
* Monitor GMP, food safety, and people safety for your line and area.
* Complete weekly food safety audits.
* Fill in relevant paperwork.
* Problem solve and complete root cause analysis for machine breakdowns.
* Report issues to the Zone Leader efficiently.
* Motivate and encourage team members to achieve targets.
* Liaise with other team members to complete tasks effectively.
* Have a continuous improvement mindset and suggest process improvements.

Requirements:

* Experience in a similar role or industry.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of food safety and GMP procedures.
