About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced People Specialist to join our team at Adur District and Worthing Borough Councils. As a key member of our People and Change team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our managers and employees to develop new and innovative ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage organisational redesign initiatives to drive business improvement and efficiency
