We are seeking a talented and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our team at the Red Lion Inn. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for producing high-quality dishes using fresh ingredients and maintaining the highest levels of hygiene and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use your expertise to prepare and cook a wide range of dishes from scratch
  
• Manage a section within the kitchen, ensuring efficient workflow and teamwork
  
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
  
• Support other team members in achieving our culinary goals

Requirements:

• 
  
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
  
• Proven ability to produce high-quality food using fresh ingredients
  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
