Christmas Stylist

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Christmas Stylist at Jo Malone London. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales during our peak trading period.

• Deliver outstanding customer service, building rapport and exceeding customer expectations
• Contribute to daily and weekly store targets during our peak trading period
• Support colleagues in creating a memorable customer experience

As a Christmas Stylist, you will have the opportunity to engage with our customers, educate them on product features and benefits, and make our stores peak ready by supporting the management team with visual merchandising changes and stock management.

• Flexibility to work across peak in the six weeks leading up to Christmas

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about our brands, has great communication skills, and is flexible to work across peak. Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is desirable.
