We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer - Mechanical to join our client's team in Lisburn. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance tasks, including attending to breakdowns and routine preventative maintenance programmes, to minimize machinery downtime.

Responsibilities
  1. Solving reasons for breakdown and undertaking corrective and preventative actions to resolve
  2. Repairs and maintenance of PLC controlled machinery
  3. Recording and reporting of maintenance activities
  4. Conducting equipment inspections and determining appropriate job work scopes and standards
  5. Creating and maintaining plant history and other technical files to include information in current job plans to anticipate and avoid job delays
  6. Providing technical assistance as required to improve the reliability and performance of the plant's machinery
  7. Complying with company policies and procedures, inc. Health & Safety Standards
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 mechanical / engineering qualification or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade C or above, or equivalent
  • Must be time/skill-served mechanically, electrically advantageous, with Industrial Experience
  • Experience of fault-finding on automated machinery
  • Minimum 3 year's FMCG experience
