About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Team Leader to join our team at Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust. As a Clinical Team Leader, you will be responsible for the operational management of our mental health services and will provide clinical and management supervision to our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a responsive and high-quality service is provided to clients, their families, and carers within the clinical environment.
  • Maintain compliance with key performance indicators.
  • Allocate work to relevant services and monitor the team's contribution to the overall objectives of the Trust.
  • Provide professional governance and leadership within the area.
  • Deputise for the Service Manager as required.
  • Hold a client caseload or assist with complex cases.
Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and experience:

  • RMN, Dip SW, Dip OT or equivalent.
  • Current professional registration.
  • Ongoing professional development working towards degree level.
  • Post-basic teaching Qualification / Supervision training.
  • ILM certificate in management or equivalent.
  • Higher degree or post-graduate certificate in area of clinical / therapeutic practice.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team, risk assessment and ongoing management, and leading service development within a mental health setting.
