We are seeking a dedicated Primary School Educator to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust, an exemplary primary school in Bedfordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and differentiated lessons to Year 4 students.

**About the Role:**

The ideal candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, experience teaching in a primary school, preferably with experience in Year 4. A strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks is essential.

**Responsibilities:**

Our Primary School Educator will be responsible for:

  • Planning and delivering high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students
  • Assessing student progress and providing timely and constructive feedback
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies

**Salary:** £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Location:** Bedfordshire, England
