About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Chef to join our team at Claro Barracks, Ripon. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook food to a high standard, following recipe cards and menu planning guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Assist with menu planning, costings, and inventory management.
- Complete daily paperwork and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in kitchen deep cleans and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas.
- Train and mentor new team members.
- Previous experience in a similar food service environment.
- Relevant culinary qualification.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility and ability to innovate.
- Security checks required for this role.
