Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Barista to provide outstanding customer service and contribute to the success of our welcoming Starbucks store. As a Barista, you will engage with customers, deliver a fast and friendly service, and prepare our much-loved beverages and products.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers.
  • Prepare and serve a range of beverages and products to high standards.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience is desirable, but not essential.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
