About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Estate Agent to join our team at Fine & Country, a leading luxury property agency with over 225 locations in the UK and 350 globally. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for marketing and selling high-end properties in the upper quartile (from £500,000 to £5 million+).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement bespoke marketing strategies for each client, utilizing the local, national, and international exposure offered by the Fine & Country network.
  • Work closely with clients from initial contact to handover, ensuring a world-class service and exceptional marketing.
  • Collaborate with our back-office teams to support sales progression, marketing, conveyancing, and lead generation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Estate Agent, Manager, Lister, or Valuer in the luxury property market.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to deal with U/HNW individuals.
  • Professionally presented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
