We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Team Member to join our team at NEXT. As a Store Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of store administration, including stock and cash handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily store administration tasks, including stock and cash handling
- Ensure smooth running of admin processes to support great audit results
- Work in all areas of the store as needed, including sales floors and stockrooms
- Offer fast and friendly service to customers from back or front of house
- Confidently share any administration issues or discrepancies with the Store Team
- Take control of your own development
About You:
- You are accurate, thorough, and well-organized, with excellent attention to detail
- You take pride in your work and approach all tasks with energy and enthusiasm
- You are friendly, calm, and efficient, even on your busiest days
- You are a team player, but you are also happy to work on your own and keep yourself busy
- You are flexible, supportive, and always ready to go the extra mile
- You are comfortable using a PC
