Our Spa Manager, Nicola, oversees the operational success of our busy Utopia Spa, ensuring that every guest leaves feeling pampered and refreshed. You will work closely with her to provide an unforgettable experience.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic and supportive team, providing a wide range of facials, manicures, pedicures, and body treatments. As a Spa Therapist, your responsibilities will include:
  • Offering technical facial and body treatments during your shift
  • Meeting and greeting clients on arrival
  • Completing client consultation cards/information
  • Taking guests through the customer journey
  • Explaining treatments to be performed
  • Ensuring treatments meet client requirements
  • Discussing retail products and beauty regimes to enhance guests' experiences
  • Offering refreshments in the relaxation area on treatment completion
  • Liaising with Spa Receptionists to ensure correct billing

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 Beauty Therapy, or equivalent, is essential
  • Completion of a trade test with the Spa Manager prior to recruitment
  • Shifts may include 9.45am - 6.15pm, 10.45am - 7.15pm, 11.45am - 8.15pm (40 hrs over 5 days)

About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual who can deliver exceptional results. As a Spa Therapist, you will be expected to work effectively as part of a team, maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 (OTE), including a £2,000 bonus, attendance bonus, 10% retail commission, retail bonus, 4 weeks holiday rising to 5 weeks with service, 8 Bank holidays, free car parking, and free uniform. Additionally, you will benefit from discounted hotel accommodation, hair treatments, food and beverage, retail products, and other company benefits.
