Deputy Manager Opportunity

We're seeking a driven and passionate leader to join our team as a Deputy Manager at Tenpin Ltd. As a Deputy Manager, you'll play a key role in creating a fun environment for our customers and team while meeting company objectives.

About the Role

As a Deputy Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring our customers have a great time and creating a fun environment for both them and our team. You'll support the General Manager with daily operations, team development, and driving sales and profits. Your duties will include:

  • Managing daily operations of the centre
  • Creating a customer-focused culture
  • Leading the team by example for effective collaboration
  • Deputising for the General Manager, and supporting in achieving targets and KPIs
  • Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures


What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with a minimum of 1 year of management experience in leisure, hospitality, or retail. You'll need to be passionate about exceptional customer service, have experience in leading and developing large teams, and be determined, enthusiastic, and patient. Ambition and a desire to progress are also essential.
