Cleanliness Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleanliness Specialist to join our team at Penrose Court Care Home in Biggleswade. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our residents.

About the Role:

• Maintain cleanliness throughout the care home, adhering to company policies and best practices.
• Ensure high hygiene standards are met in all areas of the home.
• Clean and protect various floor surfaces, including carpets and hard floors.
• Manage laundry services effectively, ensuring they meet guidance and expectations.
• Work closely with other staff members to ensure that cleanliness is maintained effectively.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in cleaning or domestic services is desirable.
• You must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• You should be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
