About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Tractor Operator to join our team at Tregothnan Estate. As a key member of our Maintenance, Garden, and Forestry Teams, you will be responsible for the care and maintenance of our in-hand agricultural and amenity areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance of in-hand agricultural land, including parkland and amenity areas
  • Driving and operating a tractor, sidearm attachments, and grass care equipment
  • Assisting the Maintenance, Garden, and Forestry Departments, as well as agricultural and groundwork contractors when necessary
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience with agricultural machinery, including experience in hedge trimming, verge cutting, and mowing
  • High motivation, well-organisation, and ability to take direction
  • A willingness to work outside in all weathers
  • A keen attention to detail
  • Proactivity with a flexible approach to work
  • A full UK driving licence and own transport to travel to and from work
