Financial Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Financial Supervisor to join our team in Chessington. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the group financials in the UK and overseas, ensuring accurate and timely management accounting information is provided to the General Manager and Senior Leadership team.

• Supervise and prepare monthly financial statements, including management accounts, profit and loss accounts, budgets, cash flows, variance analysis and commentaries.
• Lead the month-end process, including preparation of management accounts, investigating discrepancies and providing commentary and variance analysis.
• Perform month-end procedures in Sage and load into Group accounting system.
• Responsible for month-end tasks performed by team, including billing, cash collection, cash flow analysis, FX postings, accruals, fixed assets etc.
• Present results at monthly meetings to Senior Leadership team.

• Recognised professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA.
• Thorough understanding of management accounting principles and techniques.
• Previous experience working in a similar supervisory role.
• Advanced proficiency with Sage 50, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Microsoft Office (in particular Excel, Word and Powerpoint).

• Circa £50,000 salary.
• 10% bonus on gross salary.
