About the Job

As a High Intensity Worker, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to patients. Your primary responsibilities will include managing a caseload of individual therapy sessions, participating in out-of-hours clinics, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of cognitive behavioural therapy principles, risk assessment, and clinical risk management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also essential for effective collaboration with clients, colleagues, and external partners.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £38,000-£48,000, based on qualifications and experience. You will also benefit from hybrid working arrangements and opportunities for professional growth and development.
