About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electronics Engineer to join our team as a Technical Authority for Electronic Warfare. As an Engineering Leader for Embedded Systems, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of cutting-edge electronic warfare products and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-discipline teams to specify, build, and deliver embedded systems for electronic warfare, IP communications, and intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance.
  • Contribute to the generation of technical proposals, bids, and supporting internal review, governance, and sign-off.
  • Lead and influence the architectural design of complex engineering solutions, drawing from a range of engineering disciplines.
  • Guide and mentor engineers to support skills development within the team.
Requirements
  • Experienced senior-level engineer with a degree in Electronics, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading and delivering projects and products.
  • Ability to lead and influence others, with a strong aptitude for working with new emerging technologies.
  • Independent research and exploratory skills using publicly available software and information sources.
Desirable Skills and Experience
  • Specialist knowledge and experience in electronic warfare product development, communications protocols, RF design, IP networking, DSP techniques, and machine learning.
  • Experience bidding and working within defense or government research.
  • Published research papers or patents.
