Job Description

We are recruiting for a Behaviour Mentor to join our team at The Education Specialists. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting students with SEMH needs in Greater Manchester schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with students who require additional support due to SEMH needs.
  • Develop and implement targeted interventions to promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff, SENCO, and external agencies to create and implement individual behaviour plans.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs.
  • A degree or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
  • Passion for education and enthusiasm about working with young people.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Salary and Benefits
