We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Rewardinsight in Belfast. As a key member of our technology department, you will be responsible for ensuring the high quality of our core product suite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creation and execution of manual tests
  • Identifying defects and contributing to the quality development of our products
  • Being a subject matter expert on Reward products
  • Testing estimates and resource planning across multiple environments
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. A degree in an analytical, technical or numerate field
  2. Experience in testing web applications and common web testing techniques and tools
  3. Knowledge of API testing, cross-browser and cross-platform testing concepts
  4. Basic skills in querying SQL and No-SQL databases
  5. Demonstrates a genuine interest in quality assurance and a systematic approach to testing
