About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious Business Development and Marketing Director to join our team at Totum Partners. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our business development and marketing strategy.

As Business Development and Marketing Director, you will be responsible for elevating client-focused initiatives, developing and driving firm-wide client account programmes, and supporting partners in identifying new market opportunities. This will involve the breadth of commercial and targeted business development, marketing, and communications initiatives.

You will lead a team across Business Development, Marketing, and PR, and have previous experience of building teams and empowering people. You will be responsible for continually investing in our people and in Business Development and marketing.

We are looking for someone with a collaborative culture, who has ambition, intellectual curiosity, and wants to challenge the status quo and get involved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development and marketing strategies to drive growth and revenue
