We are seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team at One Retail. As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our catering services, ensuring that our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve high-quality food to our customers
  • Supervise and train our culinary and service teams to maintain exceptional standards
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets
  • Represent One Retail and maintain a positive brand image
  • Liaise with customers and our teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Support and develop our teams to excel in their roles
  • Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of catering experience
  • Experience managing teams in a similar role
  • Basic Food Hygiene certificate
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ambitious and motivated individual with a passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
