Senior Property Management Position

As a Senior Property Manager at Daniel Owen Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence across our portfolio of over 2,000 units.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead service managers to deliver results-oriented projects, reactive maintenance, and initiatives.
  2. Promote excellent customer service through regular communication and updates.
  3. E nsure compliance with legal requirements, including H&S, FRA, and asbestos.
  4. Develop and manage financial plans, collaborating with accounts to maintain steady cash flow.
  5. Liaise with clients, leaseholders, and residents to address concerns and resolve issues.
  6. Foster a culture of growth and excellence among onsite staff.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of property management experience.
  • MIRPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in QUBE and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
