Crimson is seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team in Birmingham. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing business analysis and design for Salesforce solutions, as well as other IT and business change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and support customer applications and objects within Salesforce.
- Manage stakeholders during the discovery phase to elicit and capture requirements for new projects and modifications to existing Salesforce solutions.
- Assist the project or change sponsor in drafting clear requirements that can be effectively translated into technical specifications for internal teams and third-party developers/configurators.
- Collaborate with IT development teams to deliver successful solution delivery for the business.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases to identify features that can be leveraged to meet project requirements.
- Strong Business Analyst experience.
- Salesforce experience is essential.
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience collaborating with IT development teams.
- Knowledge of integrating third-party applications with Salesforce via API.
