Transformational SEND and Inclusion Lead

About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity for a motivated and visionary leader to shape the future of our SEND department. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving improvement and innovation in education, with a particular focus on SEND.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of our SEND and Inclusion strategy
- Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff and external partners to ensure seamless provision for students with complex needs
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our SEND provision, making recommendations for improvement
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong educational background, preferably in SEND or a related field
- Proven leadership experience in education, with a focus on SEND
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to ongoing professional development
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
