You will be responsible for teaching a variety of computing-related modules, developing and implementing new curricula and assessments, and engaging with stakeholders to promote our programs and services.
Responsibilities:- Teach a range of computing-related modules to undergraduate and postgraduate students
- Develop and implement new curricula and assessments, working closely with academic colleagues and industry partners
- Mentor and support junior colleagues, providing guidance and feedback on their teaching and research practices
- Engage with stakeholders, including industry partners, employers, and alumni, to promote our programs and services
- Contribute to the development of innovative teaching methods and resources, using evidence-based approaches to enhance student outcomes
- Possession of a Master's degree in a relevant subject area, or equivalent professional qualifications/experience
- Evidence of excellent teaching practice, as demonstrated through peer review, student feedback, or other assessment metrics
- Proven ability to develop and deliver high-quality curricula and assessments, with a focus on student-centered learning and assessment design
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, students, and external partners
- Able to work independently, as part of a team, and demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in response to changing priorities and deadlines
