Plymouth Day Security Officer Job

MAN Commercial Protection is seeking a trustworthy and experienced Day Security Officer to cover a busy Distribution site in Plymouth. This is a permanent position with 4 on 4 off 12 hour day shifts, from 06:00 to 18:00.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A valid SIA guarding/Door Supervisor Licence (CCTV Licence is an advantage but not a requirement).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of computer systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage site access and monitor alarms.
  • Investigate CCTV footage and patrol the site.
  • Report incidents and accidents to the customer.
  • Perform gatehouse duties and inspect vehicles.
  • Screen and search individuals when required.

Estimated Salary: £11.80 per hour, reflecting the job's requirements and location.
