About the Position:

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and empathetic individual to work as part of a close-knit team providing support to adults with learning disabilities. Our team prides itself on delivering high-quality care and creating a safe and inclusive environment for all service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide one-to-one support to service users, promoting independence and encouraging participation in daily activities
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring seamless communication between colleagues and other stakeholders
  • To contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, aligning with the needs and preferences of each service user
  • To engage with service users and their families, fostering relationships built on trust and understanding

What You Need:

  • Relevant qualifications in care or social work (preferably SVQ Level 2 or HNC in Social Care)
  • A valid car driving license and access to your own vehicle
  • Proven experience working in a similar care setting, preferably with vulnerable adults
