The role involves successful delivery of the Pipelines & Subsea business for the region with regard to safety, quality, finances, and customer satisfaction.

You will lead the team on technical, resourcing, contractual, and commercial compliance.

Other areas of focus include customer satisfaction and business development.

Financially, you will look to ensure profitability as well as accurate budgeting, reporting, forecasting, and timely invoicing.

Personnel management, development, and allocation will be key.

Project locations may include the UK, Europe, Middle East, Caspian, and Africa.

Site/offshore trips and client visits may be required.

A suitable candidate would be experienced in Pipelines & Subsea precommissioning operations (pigging, hydrotesting, umbilicals, and dewatering etc), with management experience.

Degree qualifications are not essential.

You should have a track record of growing and developing cohesive teams and experience in complex delivery solutions.
