Job Role: Care and Support Team Member
We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Care and Support Team Member. This role is perfect for someone who wants to make a positive difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting independence and inclusion.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring that our service users receive tailored support.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals, including healthcare staff and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
- Experience working in care or support roles, preferably with individuals with learning disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays.
