Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Radiology team as a Department Assistant. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, manage patient records, and assist with day-to-day operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Assist with day-to-day operations, including managing diaries and scheduling appointments
- Support the team leader in maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to Trust guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft packages and patient administration systems
