Zoetis, the world's largest manufacturer of animal pharmaceuticals, is seeking a skilled professional to join its team as a Senior Validation and Compliance Specialist.

This is a full-time regular position in Lincoln, NE, with an estimated salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing validation and revalidation testing on various bio-pharmaceutical equipment and facilities at Zoetis' Lincoln site.

This role requires close collaboration with system owners to support engineering, manufacturing, and quality efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform verification/validation/revalidation activities on diverse equipment using specialized tools and instrumentation
  • Develop test protocols, document results, and summarize testing data
  • Ensure compliance with current SOPs, GMP guidelines, FDA, USDA, EU, and internal Zoetis standards
  • Coordinate work activities with stakeholders to maintain schedules
  • Assist customers with equipment specification and troubleshooting
  • Contribute to equipment change controls and investigational efforts
  • Interface with Valgenesis qualification program, Trackwise, and SAP

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates must have:

  • An Associate degree in Engineering or Science; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of relevant bio-pharma process and validation experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in calibration and validation equipment setup and use
  • Experience working with various bio-pharmaceutical equipment and processes
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
