Key Responsibilities
  • Operating and Monitoring Machinery: Safely and efficiently operate high-speed machinery to produce high-quality products.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet our stringent standards.
  • Maintenance and Cleaning: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Material Handling: Assist with the loading and unloading of materials, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Health and Safety: Adhere to quality, health, and safety procedures and regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
  • Production Reporting: Keep accurate records of production output and downtime, working collaboratively with the team to achieve output targets.
  • Machinery Checks: Conduct pre-use machinery checks, identifying any issues or faults to prevent production disruptions.
Requirements
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to work to high standards.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Good communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to learn and follow instructions.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to work rotating shift patterns, if required.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing or production, or as a machine operator in an FMCG environment is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
