Job Overview
A high-calibre Catering Operations Manager is required to oversee the daily contracted output of services for a Restaurant based near Exmouth. This role involves working closely with the committee to plan and deliver functions attended by senior personnel within the company and other sites part of the company.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams and executing events, ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the catering areas on site.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Lead the team to deliver high standards, including appropriate training and compliance.
  • Plan and run all functions and events.
  • Manage health and safety paperwork.

Requirements:
  • Managerial experience within a catering establishment.
  • Events and functions experience.
  • A passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • A great team player with the ability to work comfortably on own.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Pass DBS clearance.
