We are seeking a skilled Town Planner to join our established Planning team in Essex. As a Town Planner, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects within the residential, affordable housing, commercial, and tourism sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage concurrently running projects
- Prepare site appraisals and development plan representations
- Submit planning applications and appeals
- Liaise with clients and local authorities
- Mentor junior members of the team
- Working towards becoming a Chartered Member of the RTPI
- Planning experience in the private sector is advantageous, but local authority experience will also be considered
- A full driving licence is required
