    This is a key role within our Warehouse Operations team, responsible for:

    • Order allocation and waving.
    • Liaising with the Customer Service team for any shorts or discrepancies in orders.
    • Yard Schedule Management / Maintenance, ensuring full traceability.
    • Understanding of HMRC Descartes system and EMCS documentation (desirable but not essential).
    • Other Admin Duties, including International & Logistics.
    • Goods In PO Management.
    • Creation of ASN's on external customer portals.
    • Creation of pallet labels for specific customers.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    • Take a proactive approach to individual learning and development.
    • Provide support to other members of the Warehouse Operations team.
    • Plan the time to develop and personally improve.
    • Be open-minded to new methods and technologies.
    • Receive feedback and act constructively.
    • Seek help when needed and actively get to know other team members.

    About You

    We're looking for someone with:

    • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Confident communication over the phone and email.
    • Previous experience in an office-based role.
    • Previous experience within a customer-focused environment.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel / Word).
    • Experience of IT systems, including SAP and WMS systems.
    • Experience of working to deadlines.
    • Outstanding attention to and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
    • A desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
    • Experience in FMCG environment.
